Body Contouring

  • Ultrasound Body Contouring uses ultrasound energy to break down fat within the cells, turning it into a liquid state (without destroying the cell).

While RF treatments tighten loose skin by delivering heat deep into the skin dermis layers, stimulating collagen production and heating the skin to create firmer, smoother skin.

Together, they provide a non-invasive, scientifically proven method for sculpting your body, reducing cellulite and rejuvenating your skin, helping you achieve the look you desire.

  • After having RF, some clients may experience redness and tenderness immediately post treatment, but this typically subsides not long after treatment. Intense exercise and saunas are not recommended 24hrs post treatment.

Ultrasound Body Contouring treatments have absolutely no downtime, so you can go about your usual daily activities following your sessions.

  • Generally 6–12 sessions are recommended. Over the course of treatment, more than 7 cm of fat reduction is possible.

The percentage of fat reduction from ultrasound body contouring combined with radiofrequency (RF) varies with individual factors such as body composition, treated area and number of sessions. Ultrasound body contouring can reduce fat thickness in the treated area by approximately 20–25% per session, though results are gradual and often require multiple sessions to reach the desired outcome.

Combining ultrasound body contouring with RF can improve overall results. RF mainly promotes skin tightening and stimulates collagen production, complementing ultrasound’s fat reduction by improving skin firmness and contour.

  • Some medications and supplements, such as aspirin, ibuprofen, and certain herbal supplements, can increase the risk of bruising. These should not be taken at least 24hrs prior to your appointment. Further information can be obtained through the Client Intake form sent through prior to your appointment.

  • Ultrasound body contouring reduces fat by causing fat cells to release their contents without mechanically destroying the cells themselves. Your fat cells play an important role in the body’s insulation and energy storage. If a large number of fat cells are permanently removed, the body may compensate by enlarging remaining fat cells, and in some cases significant volume loss can lead to irregularities or indentations in the treated area.
