The treatment goes for 30mins.

We use a specially designed paddle to treat your pelvic floor muscles, far stronger than Kegels. It targets your muscles that you can’t with exercise to effectively strengthen your pelvic floor.

You simply sit on the paddle fully clothed for 30mins.

Typically 6-12 sessions are recommended. With maintenance every 3 months.
